Independent project in collaboration w/ Corey Yurkovich

The renovation and addition to this bungalow included new infrastructure and the addition of a second-floor master suite.  The addition was designed to take advantage of the wooded scenery behind the home. A new staircase and balcony were built to enhance the circulation and provide clear views of the treetops from the first floor.
